Meet Harper! She just turned One years old and is a little cutie pie. All she wanted to do was get in that water with those ducks. If only we had a little mermaid outfit that day. oh my goodness and that tutu that her mom made was so adorable. I can't wait to take more pictures of her as she gets older.
